Running Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc. side-by-side may prove less painful in the longmedium run*.

Mobile users: You may find alternate browsers such as iCab (for iOS) and Dolphin (for Android) helpful.

Chrome users: You can use multiple user data directories to run side-by-side Chrome instances that are each logged into different accounts. For extra fun, you can give each Chrome instance a different icon (on Mac OS X).
